What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All hoddies are delivered Free of Charge and completley free when ordered.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all payment methods online. From PayPal to Stripe and direct bank transfers.You can also purchase via Credit Card on the PayPal checkout.

How long will delivery take?

On average you will receive your items within 14 days.

Deliveries can take from 5 days to 40 days. We deal direct with the supplier who actually create the Hoodies. Some of the Designer Hoodies have to be created, and then shipped to your location. Depending on where you are the maximum it can take is 40 days. We will supply you with a unique tracking code so you can track the location of your order at any time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We strictly do not share your information outside this website. All information that you provide is in the strictest confidence, and our website is 100% secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email about your order. Within 24 hours hours, you will also get information about your tracking, so you can keep updated when your Hoodie will arrive.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders will receive an invoice and tracking number.

How long will it take for my Hoodie to arrive?

On average your Hoodie will arrive within 14 days. Some customers have said it has taken a couple of days, but that depends on the manufacturer location.

The maximum time it can take is up to 40 days. We only say this to cover you as a consumer and us as a business provider. If you have any queries please email info@hoodiesformen.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. Once your payment has been made we usually email you within the next 24 hours about your order and relevant tracking information. You will be able to see where the package is, and a rough estimate of when your delivery will arrive.

Who manufacturers the Hoodies? where are they based?

We deal directly with the manufacturers which means we can order in bulk and pass on the discounts to the consumer. The manufacturers are based Worldwide, from Germany, Austria, Australia, China and the UK.

Can I leave a review of my product?

Yes, we encourage it. There are many reviews on most products and off course some products have just come on to the website, so we need more reviews. All we ask is that you are fair and give a honest review.

Reviews are only open to customers that have actually purchased a Hoodie from us. We always advise any potential buyer to read the reviews of the product first before making an order.

Some of the reviews are in a foreign language?

Although we are a UK website, we deal with many customers around the world. Unfortunately we can not ask everyone to give an English written review.You can normally see the star rating on a product and if it is 5/5 stars then we guess the customer is happy.

I hate my product. Can I have a refund?

Thats life, it happens. We recently had a woman who purchased a fishing Hoodie for her Husband. He didn’t like it and asked for a refund. We will supply you with the details of where to send back the item, and we will then process your refund that day.

Are the Hoodie sizes correct?

Each product has a size guide on each post. We would suggest you go for a larger size in general, as some of these Hoodies may of been dispatched from China which are generally smaller sizes. We would recommend adding 3 cm to your size. I.E if your normally a medium, go for Large or XL.

Is there any Coupon codes we can use?
